Is cash on delivery available everywhere in Pakistan?
Yes. You pay the rider when the parcel reaches you, anywhere in Pakistan. Delivery is free and there are no hidden charges.
How long does delivery take?
Two to three working days for Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Three to five working days for other cities and towns. Orders placed after 5pm or on a Sunday go out the next working day.
Will the parcel say what is inside it?
No. The parcel is plain. Nothing on the outside names the product or what it is for. Only your name, address and phone number appear on the label.
Do your products contain steroids or sildenafil?
No. Our formulations contain botanicals, minerals and honey, and nothing else. No steroids, no sildenafil, no synthetic drug of any kind. If a lab test ever showed otherwise we would refund every customer of that batch.
How long before I notice anything?
Traditional Unani tonics work gradually. The classical course is six to eight weeks for Majoon, three to four weeks for Phakki. Anything sold to you as an overnight result is not working the way a herbal preparation works.
Can I take this with my blood pressure or diabetes medicine?
Ask your doctor first. Our Majoon contains natural honey, which matters if you are diabetic. We are not able to tell you it is safe alongside a prescription we cannot see — your doctor can.
Is this a medicine?
No. These are food supplements made to traditional Unani formulas. They are not medicines, they do not cure disease, and we will not tell you they do.
Who prepares the formulations?
Every formulation is prepared by hand, in small batches, in our own dispensary. The raw material is selected first and prepared by the classical Unani method for that formulation. Nothing is bought in ready-made and relabelled under our name.
Can I see what is in it before I order?
Every ingredient is listed on the product page with its English name, its Urdu name and its botanical name. Nothing is hidden behind a “proprietary blend”.
What if the jar arrives broken or leaking?
Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with a photo. We replace it free of charge or refund you in full, and we arrange and pay for the return pickup.
Can I return it if I just changed my mind?
Not once the seal is broken. These are preparations meant to be taken internally, and we cannot resell an opened jar to anybody else. You can cancel any time before dispatch, or refuse the parcel at your door and pay nothing.
Is there a discount if I pay in advance?
Yes. Pay 50% in advance by JazzCash or EasyPaisa and we take Rs 300 off and include a free gift. You pay the rest to the rider. If you change your mind before dispatch we return the advance the same day.
How do I know which formulation suits me?
Message us on WhatsApp and describe what you are looking for. Hakeem sahib can advise which formulation fits. He cannot diagnose a condition or replace your doctor.
Can women use these products?
Phakki Hazim & Muqawwi is a digestive formulation and is used by both men and women. Majoon Zafran & Salajeet is traditionally taken by men. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not start any herbal course without asking your doctor.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
